Training with Kiss was a wonderful experience . He is knowledgeable in a great variety of training styles and nutrition . His own personal fitness discipline is inspiring and by setting the example you know you are in great hands . While working long and random hours , Kiss was incredibly flexible with my training schedule and worked hard to help me achieve my fitness goals , but also helped me keep my spirits up and feel motivated and focused . KISS has an impeccable work ethic , paired with deep and up-to-date knowledge and a great energy and sense of humor that provided me with the best environment to feel challenged, see results , and feel motivated and excited to train everyday !
